TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

- A deposit of 20% is required to secure & book with Natalie from Unique Photography. A Further 30% is due 3 months prior to the wedding date. Final balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

- Should a cancellation within 8 months prior to the wedding occur, the original deposit paid will be retained. Deposits paid closer to the date are not refundable, but can be used as credit.

- Copyright of images remain with Natalie Martellotta of Unique Photography and unauthorised copying or reselling is illegal. Permission is granted for client's personal use. If sharing digital files on social media always credit or tag Unique Photography.

- Natalie Martellotta & Unique Photography maintains the right to use your images for display & promotion in print, website, social media, etc, unless written notification has been given that you would prefer your images not to be used.

- All care and diligence will be exercised in the performance of the agreed assignment and that limited liability is limited to monies paid should any mishap occur which prevents the fulfillment of the agreement.

- If required to stay until the formalities at the reception venue (and total coverage is 6 or more hours), provision should be made for Natalie to be served meals.

- Prices of packages, reprints, enlargements, additional album sides etc remain effective for six months after the wedding date.

- Digital Images on USB included are High Resoultion and suitable for printing up to very large wall sized portraits. All images are colour corrected, enhanced & include basic editing.

- Once you receive your digital images please be responsible and make additional copies, backups etc. Unique Photography will always try to have your images safely stored however cannot guarentee to have your digital files available forever.
